Help us help you by understanding that the majority of the products we offer are supplements, and do not carry any warranty or claims regarding their suitability or effectiveness.
Please do your own due diligence in regards to the suitability of the products for your body and any potential allergies prior to purchase.
If the packaging is unclear, please ask for clarification from a staff member. We have an iPad and printed material available for customer inquiry while you are in our store.
We will accept up to 2, unopened, unused products in resalable condition to be returned for refund on credit card or store gift certificate within 30 days of purchase. You will need the item’s receipt, or to have an account with us so we can find the item’s receipt in the system.
We cannot give refunds on books, foods, oils, butters, bulk herbs or teas, sales items, ear candles, bottles, or opened CBD products.
We cannot give a refund on products that have been opened or used.
Damaged or defective items must be brought back to the store within 30 days for refund. You will need the item’s receipt, or to have an account with us so that we can find the item’s receipt in the system.
If you are not able to return to the store within the 30 days, please call us so we can begin to process your request. Please bring the same credit card you used to purchase the item for refund.
